After graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University with a degree in Physiotherapy in 2010, Kayleigh moved to Whistler, BC for what was meant to be a single ski season. One season quickly turned into a permanent move, and she has now been working in the Sea to Sky community for over ten years.
Kayleigh provides thorough assessments to identify the root cause of each client’s issue. Her treatments combine hands-on manual therapy to improve pain and movement, with individualized advice and exercises to promote self-management and continued progress at home.
She treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, offers pelvic health physiotherapy (including incontinence, pregnancy, post-partum, and pelvic pain), and provides concussion rehabilitation. Kayleigh is also certified in AN-IMS/dry needling.
Before fully transitioning into physiotherapy, Kayleigh spent several years in Canada as a ski instructor, earning her CSIA Level 3 and CASI Level 1 certifications, and further developing her soft tissue skills as a massage therapist. An active skier, mountain biker, trail runner, and hiker herself, Kayleigh has a deep understanding of the physical demands of these activities. She’s passionate about helping people return to what they love—so they can continue enjoying the Pemberton and Whistler lifestyle to the fullest.
